We would like to introduce our "passivation coating treatment." The surface of stainless steel is covered with a dense passivation film. Therefore, it is generally considered to be a material that is resistant to rust. However, various external factors such as the heat from welding during fabrication, oxidation scale, or iron dust and scratches from grinders can damage the surface film, leading to rust formation. After achieving a clean surface through chemical cleaning, it is necessary to perform a treatment to re-form a stronger passivation film. The same can be said for aluminum materials. 【Process】 1.
